Delay shipping
I need to do a delay on my internet kit, how do I go about changing the date. I’m moving in on the 1st and don’t want it sent there and nobody is there or worse 😳 pls help me figure out how to delay the shipping process

Hello, @user_8dc050. Congratulations on your new place! We would be happy to help with the shipment. We ship our equipment via UPS. If you have seen a shipment notice, you can reach out to UPS to have that redirected to a local UPS store or drop-off point. We are not able to delay the package once it leaves our warehouse or change where it is delivered to. Have you already seen a shipping notice come through?

Nope no notice yet, but feel so much better that there is another option🥹. Was basically in panic mode for a couple of minutes navigations through the website looking for a change of shipping date or something😳 thank you for responding. I will see if I do get a notification and be on the look out of it. Thanks!

Excellent! I know how that goes when you first move, @user_8dc050, and don't want packages delivered too soon. This is the link for UPS My Choice. It is free to sign up (if you haven't already) and is where you can see the package as well as redirect it. I get text alerts from them anytime a package is on the way. Once a package leaves our warehouse it takes 2-5 days to reach the address.
