Definition of Bulk Video

I am interested in switching to NOW internet service.  I do live in a community where Digital Starter and Expanded Basic service is provided via Bulk services, but I pay separately for my internet.  Can you advise the restriction rules regarding "bulk video"

Hello @user_6xe2mm, there are no restrictions regarding your TV bulk service. That is something contracted through your housing that will not be affected. As far as setting up NOW, you can go here https://www.xfinity.com/now to begin the process

Thank you for your response - however looking at NOW FAQ Eligibility, it states NOW internet is not available for customers who have Bulk Video, Manageed WIFI or WIFI Ready service.  I was concerned that because the Bulk TV service, it might disqualify me from using NOW internet.

Let me clarify my above concern - I do not want to lose my TV service provided to me by my community if I go to NOW internet.  That is my concern.

user_6xe2mm If internet is provided by your community, then NOW Internet cannot be added on. However, our documentation, and the NOW Internet website is unclear on if NOW Internet can be added if you only have TV service provided by your community. I would recommend reaching out to our Community Property Team at 855-307-4896 for clarification.
