I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory encounter with a sales representative from Xfinity, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others. The representative I spoke with had a heavy Indian accent, and I must emphasize that I have no issue with accents or cultural diversity. However, the problems I encountered had nothing to do with his accent, but rather with his deceitful tactics and disrespectful behavior.
From the onset of our conversation, it became clear that this sales representative was more interested in making a quick sale than providing honest information. He shamelessly lied about pricing, attempting to persuade me into purchasing the most expensive package available. When I expressed hesitation and mentioned consulting with my husband, he abruptly offered a "special offer" from his manager, a claim that I knew to be false.
What transpired next was shocking and unprofessional. When I declined to provide my husband's contact information, the representative became enraged and proceeded to hang up on me without any explanation or courtesy. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed.
To make matters worse, the sales representative had initially promised a "great offer," which piqued my interest. However, when I requested the details in written format via email, he flatly refused. This refusal only confirmed my suspicions that he had been dishonest all along.
I would strongly advise Xfinity to take immediate action regarding this sales representative. His blatant lies, attempts at manipulation, and disrespectful conduct should not be tolerated. It is evident that his actions were solely motivated by a desire to secure a sale, regardless of the means employed. This kind of behavior tarnishes the reputation of Xfinity and undermines trust in the company.
I called the 866-942-8089 number at 5:32pm PST time and had the unfortunate encounter with this representative. I sincerely hope that Xfinity addresses this issue promptly and ensures that such unprofessional conduct is not repeated. As a customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and respectful treatment, which were sorely lacking in this particular interaction.

I was unable to update my address but if you send a massage I can include it there. Please do take care of this individual, and provide an update so that no one else has to experience this, he’s very unethical in his selling practices one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
