Deceptive agent
Having internet issues. Was talking with an agent to work through it. she tried to get me to sign up for now tv as a part of the “provisioning process” to help with my gateway. I was sent a link to follow to allow approval to “provision” my gateway to add boot files and send fresh signals. Somehow thinking I wouldn’t check and see there would be a new charge. With absolutely nothing mentioned of now tv prior. Very shady and makes me question how these people remain employed. Seems like xfinity needs to do a better job of screening their agents. I have screenshots of the entire conversation.
