Deceptive $200 Gift Card with Xfinity mobile

I am having an absolutely disappointing experience with Xfinity.  I was promised  $200 Gift Card ( one for each line with Xfinity mobile) and I switched both of our lines from another provider to Xfinity.  I still haven't received it  after almost 3 months and the agents on the phone are very rude and denying it outright saying there was  no such promotion, even though it was clearly mentioned on the phone while I established service for mobile as well as internet. 
Please do the needful to  resolve this at the earliest.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

Please keep in mind if you are qualified for a Visa gift card, you must:
  
  • The customer must subscribe to a qualifying plan.
  • Services must be installed within 30 days of the order date.
  • The customer must maintain the minimum required level of service from the eligible offer (no downgrades or disconnects) for 90 days from when the service was installed.
  • The customer must be in good standing at 90 days.
  • Once all eligibility requirements are met, the Visa Prepaid card will be mailed by USPS to the customer's billing address.
  
Once these requirements are met, you are fully qualified for the gift card. Your Visa gift card will be processed within sixteen (16) weeks from your completed Triple Play installation. After it’s processed, it can take an additional eight (8) weeks to be mailed. You can expect to receive the card within 20-24 weeks of installation.
