December Amazon Gift card Promotion

Hi, I signed up for Xfinity during the promotion for new accounts to receive an amazon gift card for signing up for specific packages. When I signed up it confirmed that I was eligible for a $200 amazon gift card and to wait as it could take up to 2-4 weeks to receive it. It has now officially been a month and I have neither received the gift card or any communication towards a delay or when I should be expecting it. Did we just need to wait for two payments of service to go through? If so that would be helpful to include in the informational section for these promotions. I would still like to receive the gift card for the service I am paying for.
