December 2024 Amazon GC Promotion
Hi,
I had signed up using the December promotion for an Amazon gift card, but I don't see it in the incentive tracker at all.
I had called the number listed on the incentive tracker website quite a few times, and it's been a bit of a mess:
- One rep had created a ticket that when I called back 2 weeks later to check up on I was told it was never assigned.
- One rep either hung up on me or we got disconnected, even if they hung up on me people have bad days is what it is.
- One rep gave me a tracking number and told me it was for the gift card but I have no way to confirm that, and I'm not sure what to do with it.
I don't see the gift card listed on the incentive tracker website at all still, and I had signed up in December. The terms had said it would be about 2-4 weeks but even assuming business weeks I believe we are past that?
I had tried sending a message to the incentive tracker team using the link on the website, but I haven't heard any responses.
I don't really know what to do at this point. Is anyone able to assist? I saw I shouldn't DM staff directly so I am making this post.
