Deceitful billing practices
Why does xfinity lie to its customers and bill for service without disclosure? Before the current storm I was without tv service for 1 week due to the dark box malfunctioning. When I called to schedule a service call I was never told there would be a fee. I talked to agents a couple times and the technician who came out and not one word of a fee. I just got my bill and was charged $70 for the service call. This is dishonest practices. Also I was told I would get a $20 credit for the tech being late and after service restored i called customer service who said I would get a $40 credit on top for no service for a week. These did not happen. I am very frustrated and disgusted by the unethical customer service I have received. I cant even get a person on the phone to discuss, just a robot. Xfinity this is what you call customer first?
