Debt Recall

I need a Pay-for-Delete or Debt Recall.

I have almost paid my past-due balance directly to Xfinity. Since the account was assigned and not sold to Waypoint Resource Group, I am requesting a ticket be opened for a corporate manual debt recall so the collection agency completely removes the trade-line from my credit bureau files before I pay the remaining 133.
