Debt on New Address

Xfinity won't turn on my services since there is a house debt area code on the new apartment that me, my boyfriend, and our daughter are staying at. We went to a xfinity store with the needed documents and their supervisor cleared it on the first system but not the other. Plus, their supervisor is now on vacation. We haven't had internet since Tuesday night and this is now the 5th going on 6th day, we haven't had internet. We also called the customer service department and they told us that they couldn't help us with the problem.
