Debt collectors

Customer service is [Edited - Language], asked to cancel the service at the end of march 2025, returned the device on 1st of april, they service was not canceled, called again in april because of that, and extra charges, which was told it will be resolved

now end of october, i get an email from debt collectors, stating that i have a balance with comcast, that i have to pay

same one from april, that agent told me that the issue got fixed

now you can’t prove to anyone that they said that the issue will be fixed, because they never send you an email stating that, they just leave you in limbo with [Edited - Language] like this, customer service, customer [Edited - Language]
