Hello! Thanks so much for taking a moment to reach out here on our Xfinity Community Forums, I hope your day has started well. Below you will find the steps to help point you in the right direction to update your payment option using the Xfinity app.

 

After you log into the Xfinity app

1. Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select Bill details under the account balance section.
3. Tap Bill settings in the payment section.
4. Select Payment methods.
5. Here, you can Remove or Add a Payment Method by selecting the applicable option.

6. By selecting Add Payment Method, you’ll have the option to add a new bank account or new credit/debit card. Make your selection and tap Continue.
7. Enter your name, and payment information and agree to the Stored Payment Methods Terms & Conditions. Tap Save.
    Note: You’ll also have the option to Turn on automatic payments using the newly added payment method.
8. You’ll receive a confirmation message.

 

Once the new information is added, you can go back to this same screen to remove any payment methods you no longer want to be listed on the account.
