Dear God how do I cancel

I have internet and TV, I work during the day so I cannot call during normal business hours. I cannot go to a store.

How do I cancel? I can't afford this and they just keep taking my money, please help, How is this legal

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
