Dead tree leaning on line
I called this in to Met Ed and they said it's not a power line, it's a communication line; Comcast or Verizon or the like. In York, PA, on Camp Betty Washington Road between Springwood Road and Sage Hill Drive along the creek. It's a blowdown and it's going to eventually take the wire down with it when it falls.
