Hello @user_qzdrjb! To answer your question, our free Wi-Fi extenders are provided to customers based on an automatic Whole Home Wi-Fi Evaluation, but this benefit is specifically included for accounts that have our xFi Complete package or our Xfinity Pro tier. If you have either of those options, our system automatically runs a check on your home's connectivity over a 14-day period to determine if an extender is needed to bridge those weak spots, and you'll get an email to redeem it if the system finds a drop in coverage.
