Daytime internet outage

The last two days my internet does not work during the daytime hours. Starts working again around 6:30-7pm.

Oh no! @user_3861b3 - We never like to learn a customer is unable to enjoy their Xfinity internet and appricate the chance to turn this expereince around. Have you tried to check the Xfinity Status Center, or, troubleshooting using the My Account app during this time?

@XfinityThomasA​ yes I’ve tried both. My internet only goes out during the daytime. This is vital for me as I work from home. Is there a data capacity? It’s the only thing I can think of.
