Day to Day Usage
I was charged an additional $20 for April 2026 usage since we somehow went 53 GB over even though all other months we use around half of our GB. The live chat agent abrubtly ended the chat on me after I asked to see my day to day breakdown of usage for April. The usage tracker on the website only shows the overall month. I want to see where we exhorbinately went over our 1 TB of data for 2 people. Furthermore, we only went over by 53 GB apparently, but were charged for 100GB. I want to be credited the prorated amount for these GB we did not use (47GB).
