Day 9 without Internet

The wiring running to my house has been laying on the ground since September 27th. All of my neighbors have service. The ai assistant is useless and the 800 number is even worse, I even tried X direct message & they just wanted to sell me an upgrade of my speed lol. All I get from them is "we are aware of a possible service interruption in your area" "we don't currently have an estimate on restoration"  

I've been a customer since 1993 & beginning to think Xfinity no longer wants my business. Is there any way to speak with a human being at Xfinity?

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
