Our Children are on remote learning from home because of a pandemic and you take advantage by having people pay more money if they go over their data. Unbelievable! I hope we had a different provider because I would jump ship Immediately. Not everyone can afford it.

If they're using Zoom, make sure they haven't checked the "Send HD video" button. Zoom's normal low def video is pretty data-frugal.
