Data Usage

Have a question about data usage and the telemetry behind it.

I received an email today that we have exceeded our monthly data usage for our Internet plan.

Looking the data usage page on the website, all that is shown is the data usage in aggregate for the month.  After talking with Customer Service, there seems to be *no way* I can get a more detailed view to understand how and when the data was used - e.g., were there data spikes on certain days - and understand my household's data behaviors.

I can't believe Xfinity doesn't have this capability to get a more detailed telemetry.  I assume they must have those views for their own internal operations - I can get something similar for my utilities and other services - so who do I need to talk to get that data?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
