Data usage

​I have unlimited data. It would take over 3,200 hours of gaming etc a month to go over data usage!!! I will cancel and not pay my bill if charged for more data! ​I was doing fine on data until I upgraded! I will report this too a commission board!

@XfinityAshley​ Yes just 2 weeks in after I upgraded. Xfinity is saying I already owe $50.00 for overages! I will not pay any overages! I have other venues for internet. If xfinity does not charge me for over data I’ll stay with them.

Here are the detailed steps to Direct Message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

I know all about data!!!!!!! We were just fine until we upgraded!!!!!!!!! We had economy internet never did get any messages about over data!!!!!!! I’ll not pay any bill with over data charges! End of story! Charge me for regular bill only!!!!
