@dbaffo Thank you so much for your post about your data usage concerns. You can monitor your data usage using your Xfinity MyAccount App and with our Data Usage Center with the link: https://comca.st/3EGn6nw All data usage is verified by an independent, third-party auditor. If you have not changed your usage habits we recommend checking the connected devices on your network to ensure only devices you are aware of are connected. You can use this page for details on how to locate the connected devices: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/personalize-customize-hnetwork-xfi If you do locate a device you are not familiar with please start by pausing the device and then changing your Wi-Fi password to prevent any reconnects. If there are not any unfamiliar devices connected and no other explanation for the increase in usage the best course of action, in this case, would be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance Team. You can contact them by following this link: https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse  or by calling CSA Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329, during their available time 6:00am - 2:00am EST, 7 days a week!
