Data usage has skyrocketed
When I look at my home internet account, it shows my internet usage as over 400GB this month. I've looked at my computer and it shows my usage as 2.96GB for the last month. My wifi TV usage can't possibly account for the rest of it. I've updated my gateway and changed all my passwords and it seems to get worse every day. Thoughts?

Hey there, @SOinCT! Thanks for creating a new post about your data usage concerns. I can understand why you would want to know more when seeing an increase, and I'd love to help however I can! Unless you pay for xFi Complete (including Unlimited Data) or our standalone add-on of Unlimited Data for customer-owned equipment, you likely have our 1.2 Terabyte (TB) Internet Data Usage Plan. As you can see, our plans automatically come with a 1.2 TB (1,200 GB) data threshold, so 400+ GB is still not too bad! However, since you've witnessed an increase in usage and would like to know more about how this can happen, I also recommend reviewing What Counts Towards Your Data Plan.
