Data plan

Hi I did not realize I was still on an xfinity mobile plan, I brought in my wifi modem and cancelled the service and thought the plan would be ended as well. I was just charged nearly 60$ for a service I'm not using whatsoever and I cannot figure out how to cancel it or contact customer service because I am traveling in a foreign country right now. I would like to have someone contact me to help me cancel this account and preferably also refund me this recent charge. Again I'm not using this data plan at all and I did not even know it was still active until I was charged. I would just really like some help with this as I cannot find a single way to cancel it in my account settings. Thank you so much

user_wfooir, Hi there! Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry for the confusion and frustration this has caused. I can certainly understand how concerning it would be to discover that a mobile line was still active and billing, especially if you believed all of your services had been canceled and you're currently traveling internationally.

We'd be happy to review the account with you, verify the status of the mobile service, and discuss the available options for cancellation. We can also review the billing concerns and determine whether any adjustments may be available based on the account history. Would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message. If you're able to access the account, including the mobile number associated with the line would also be helpful. Once we receive your message, we'll take a closer look and do our best to assist. We appreciate your patience and understand the added difficulty of trying to resolve this while you're outside the country.
