Data overage
Being charged for additional data usage while having unlimited data option plan
I got the unlimited data option in January, but have still received additional data usage charges every month since then. I contacted a representative last month about this issue who told me there would be no more data usage charges, but this months bill still has them. How can I be refunded for the data charges or the $30 unlimited data option for these past 3 months.

I cannot find the peer to peer option you are making me go in circles I am being charged data overages and I and supposed to be an Xfinity complete unlimited customer here is my account number [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I am showing that it is working without any issues. Are you inputting Xfinity support in the "To:" line and selecting Xfinity Support from the drop down menu? Unfortunately, as this is an issue where we would need to access the account, we will need to have you send us a peer-to-peer message in order to assist you.

Can you please fix my account I am over again and u just want unlimited data I will give u an additional 30 dollars for unlimited but not 50 in fake overages

My bill is now 178 can someone please help me I went from 120 to 170 and I’m on autopay no late fees I am being charged for xfi complete and a data
