data overage - policy change?
As a 10 year customer, I have never exceeded the data cap. As a multi-year xmobile customer I have changed 2 of the 5 phones on the plan and in the backup/restore process have managed to hit the cap yesterday (today, as the last day in the month, I am exceeding the cap) I have received a couple of notifications that I am going to be charged for the overage. I seem to recall a policy of no charge for a single month in a 12 month period. Did that change?
