Data Overage and Subsequent Awful Service

Second time this has happened and of course I can't reach anyone at Comcast. I hover around 400-600gb monthly and it never really varies much. Like one time before, where Comcast actually admitted there was a glitch on their end that resulted in inflated usage reporting, i just got an email stating I'm almost at my 1200gb or so limit...currently around 900gb. That's not possible and nothing has changed. Who can I connect with to resolve this issue...again!
