Data Limit

I work from home editing long form content and I use a lot of data doing so, almost always going over the data limit each month. I upgraded to unlimited data before this months charge and it still shows me as having a 1.2tb data limit. Is anyone else having this issue?

Thank you for choosing Xfinity, @user_9gmgax! Did you receive your order confirmation email for your order, and can you double-check the print date on your bill? It sounds like the most recent bill may have been printed before making the change.
