Data charges

Hello, I have recently in this last billing cycle accumulated some charges for data usage. I have an eSIM for the country I am in and use it for data use. My Xfinity primary number is only for calls and messaging. The data roaming is clicked off. The switch between numbers is clicked off. I haven’t had data charges in two years on the road but am now receiving some. Can you help me understand why, what to do about it, and how to have those charges reversed. Thank you, Jimmy

user_mmgr5d, Good morning, and thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. If your settings were not correct, there is a chance you were charged for your data roaming. We can take a look at your account and see if it was set up and where the charges were coming from.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
