Dangerously low wire, safety hazard
I'm not an Xfinity customer so I could not find an option to call or report this any other way. Yesterday an Xfinity worker was working on my neighbor's wire and now my wire is hanging dangerously low in my yard. Someone could walk into it or kids could start pulling it down further. He should not have left it that way. Please have someone return to fix the slack in my wire.
