Dangerous Wire

I am landlord at a commercial building.  I need to report a dangerously low wire.  It has been caught on delivery trucks twice now.  the wire is damaged and will continue to be a danger to trucks passing under it.  I reported the wire but when I login it automatically reports the wire at my house instead of my work.

How to report a dangerous wire at a location that I am the landlord?

Good morning @user_a684a0. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If the line is posing an immediate danger to the public, you can reach out to local EMS; we can assist with reporting the leak here as well.

Please send us a DM with your full name and the address where the line is located to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click "Direct Message"

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it. See the link below for an example

I've sent the message.  How long to expect a reply?
