DANGEROUS loose comcast wires hanging off front of house

Hello, I have tried reaching Comcast customer service about this issue by phone and by chat, but I neither will route me to an agent. There are dangerous hanging Comcast cable wires 20 feet long whipping around in the wind in front of my building. There is also another Comcast coax cable that was installed that is way too long and the install techs just rolled up the extra wire into a huge messy ball that is hanging RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY WINDOW. This was the most horrible internet install job I have ever seen, not to mention dangerous. I need someone out to fix this. Please advise.

The following are my views/opinions, and are not the views/opinions of Comcast/Xfinity.

If your mobile phone is registered to your Xfinity account as a contact number, you can text "On It" to 266278, to receive immediate assistance or schedule a call back from an agent at a time that is convenient for you. If the number is not registered to your account, you will be directed via text to text “Ready” to receive a callback so standard authentication can take place.

If you are not a customer, someone from the digital support team will reply here to offer assistance.

@SeniorMasterTechnician Thank you for your reply. I do not have an account at this location. This is the rental property that I own. The account is in the tenant's name. She had the install done just last week. Please advise.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
