Dangerous fallen cable line

I had a line come down and split from my house during a recent storm, it is currently in the middle of the road, I need to schedule a tech to come repair this and get the line out of the road as soon as possible but I am unable to reach a person to speak to about this issue.

This was not solved, no one responded to me and I spent a week trying to get someone out to fix the problem. Shame on Comcast for their abysmal customer service.

We sent a response on the 31st and did not receive a response back. After a certain amount of time our system will close out your case if you do not respond. Can you please send us another private message so we are able to resend the last message? Thank you for your patience! We look forward to helping out!

@XfinityMartinB Absolutely not true, nothing was sent on the 31st. I jumped through your hoops for several days, getting a response every 30 minutes from a different person  each time, every one asking a different question or looking for something different and then not responding. Abysmal customer service like I said.

I would also want to hide your attempts or should I say lack of attempts at customer service in private messages rather than in a public forum like this one. I will be sure to send another private message right away so I can get a disjointed response from a different person every half an hour to 45 minutes or more likely no response at all!
