Dangerous down lines in backyard. NW Indiana
How long will Xfinity wait to either raise dangerous down lines in my backyard or remove them? Or, communicate with customers? I can't maintain my property, access areas of the backyard. Xfinity wont take calls or respond to texts when it sees my zip code. But they DO take funds for auto pay!!!! At least speak to your customers!

I completely understand your frustration regarding the downed lines in your yard @user_9lntcc. Please know that we take property safety issues very seriously. Dealing with a utility line is stressful enough! You can always report a downed line online at any time. Reporting it digitally bypasses the standard phone queues, flags the issue as a safety priority, and alerts our local dispatch crews to get a line technician out to the area.
