*Dangerous* Cable utility box open and falling over- cables not buried in my backyard.
Cable utility box open and wires exposed and falling over - cable from neighbors yard sticking out 2 feet above ground. My yard looks like a trash dump. I’m going to run over the cable with the lawn mower- and the box will probably fall over…
