Dangerous cable potentially, definity not ok
So Comcast was today out in my backyard for some reason or other. Pulled 2 yellow lines and later, swapped them with black ones or something like that, I am not sure what they actually did. The result is a diagonal line pulled from the post across my back yard and deck to the neighbor's box. This line is sagging and I and even my kids, can easily touch it- as it goes above our dining table. I tried to call and get some help but the damage is done and I think the crew has left for good. Obviously I understand the easement requirements for utilities but I do not understand adding potential hazard to us just so technician did not need to use the next pole which is closer to the neighbour's property. All in all I am not happy with this, since now my deck is now a hazard to me and my kids...
