DANGEROUS CABLE COMCAST IGNORES

An exposed cable line runs through mine and my neighbors yards since Feb 17, 2026.

Comcast has been notified (their own tech), about the issue.

I have been contacted and I contacted and been "guaranteed" four separate occasions scheduled for the proper burial.

Now my granddaughter has tripped on the cable.

Good morning @user_egaq6o our team would be happy to look into this for you.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click "Direct Message"

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
