Damanged Exterior Box (Neighborhood Box)
I have opened multiple tickets over the phone and with technicians who have come out to replace a damaged box. It is knocked over partially and exposed to the elements. I have a ticket number (I've received multiple before) and they usually get auto-closed out and on one actually comes to fix the issue. It's been like this for over two years! I spend a small fortune with Xfinity, don't know why they can't fix this box that is an eyesore in my backyard.
