Damaged/open pedestal box

Comcast pedestal located at my house is damaged/cover is left open. Where should this issue be reported so that it gets fixed?

Hello @clchow89, you've come to the right place for help with that damaged pedestal concern, and I know exactly how to get the ball rolling for you. Is this by chance impacting your service? Or have you noticed any service issues since you noticed the pedestal was damaged? If so, that would change our approach, but either way I have your back.

Thanks! And no, I have not noticed any service issues due to the pedestal damage.

@clchow89, that's great news to hear, we never want your services to be negatively impacted, but it's always good to ask and make sure we're on the same page. Let's go ahead and work on creating a ticket to have our local team address this pedestal. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
