Damaged utility pole
We had a major ice storm in February, and the utility pole outside our house was damaged. The power company installed a new one, and temporarily lashed the damaged pole to the new one.

Per the power company and phone company, comcast is the only utility that still has wires connected to this damaged pole. How do I request that Comcast move these wires and remove the damaged and potentially hazardous pole?
