Damaged Utility Pole Rotted and About to Fall

Local electric company (NIPSCO) has come out and put up a new pole. Will not do anything for the rotting and failing pole that is currently holding the neighborhood Xfinity lines. How can I report this issue to be fixed? I would like to have a crew check this out before it fails--this is urgent. Seen other posts on this issue and feel like you will hopefully follow up with a resolution, thanks!

Hello user_fwdlmo! I hope you've had a great Saturday and I appreciate you taking the time to report what you're seeing with the pole in your area holding our Xfinity lines 👍 If our Xfinity lines are connected to that rotting pole you mentioned then we definitely want to make sure we can get them moved over to the fresh pole asap! If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, I'd be glad to get this request to have those lines properly moved over submitted before an additional damage takes place.

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.

@XfinitySeth I have three downed poles laying on my rental property at [Edited: "Personal Information"] and have been given citations by the village over them laying there. Can you get a retreval crew out there?
