Damaged utility lines outside.

Following severe storms in August, utility poles were knocked down in my area.  Following repairs the service line to my house was reconnected but the utility line is still sagging across my front lawn and was not reconnected to the new poles that were installed.  The line is sagging low enough to obstruct entry into my front door.  I spoke to a technician who was inspecting it and he told me that a ticket to repair would be submitted but I have yet to see anyone come out to make repairs.  Submitting requests via the "fix an issue" page have not helped.  Xfinity Assistant keeps redirecting me to these links which do not even work most of the time.

I understand the storm damage in the area was extensive and that there are many outstanding issues in the neighborhood, but I am trying to get an idea as to when this issue will be fixed.  It is impacting my ability to completely cleanup the storm damage and I am not comfortable with having a line that low across my yard.  If anyone could help me out with this it would be much appreciated.

user_y2x8rm Hello there! Thank you for brining this to our attention. I know the storms were bad in August and clean up has been difficult. It's good to know they got you reconnected, but we should have been out there to raise the line especially with how it's blocking the access to your home and causing a potential danger.
Thank you for your understanding with clean up needed. I would be happy to make sure that we get this over to the right team to have the line repaired for us.

I'm sorry that the fix an issue website did not help. Was the link from this page? Report an Issue I want to make sure that we are sharing the best self-help options and that they are working as intended.

Since this is at your home I want to keep you details protected. Can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address? From there I will work to get a technician out there asap.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
