Damaged Utility Box

Hello. There is a damaged xfinity utility box on a commercial property. how do i report service?

I can certainly help get this information to the right team. To get the process started, could you please send me a direct message with the following information?

  • The full address of the commercial property where the damaged box is located.
  • Your name and contact information (phone number or email address) so we can follow up if needed.
  • A brief description of the damage you observed.

Once I have this information, I can get this reported to the appropriate team right away. Thank you for your help in keeping our facilities safe!
