Damaged Utility Box with exposed wires
The utility box outside my house looks to have Ben run over and the wires are fully exposed to the elements and spilling out. I need to confirm that this belongs to Xfinity and If it does have somebody come out and take a look and repair it.

Oh no! Thank you for taking the time to report this and it is important we get this addressed right away. If you are able to check without putting yourself in harms way just from what you can see, Xfinity/Comcast equipment often has a label on the box or inside the lid (if visible) that says “Comcast,” “Xfinity,” or has a cable tag. Are you able to tell?
