Damaged TV Service Line

I have had a damaged service line for my cable TV for over a year. I have had 4 technicians tell me the service line needs to be replaced and that someone else from Xfinity will come to do it, but no one ever does. The line is still damaged and now my TV will not work properly and I can’t get in touch with anyone to actually get the line replaced. The technicians claim that they can’t do anything either because someone else from Xfinity is in charge of actually making the repairs, but I can’t reach anyone. The technicians claim they have elevated this issue to be fixed, but it has been numerous visits and more than 1 year and my line still has not been replaced. Can someone please let me know how to elevate this to someone in my area to ensure I actually get this problem fixed?

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Good afternoon @user_7vq758. We can take a look at your account and see what the next steps would be to get this line fixed. When you have a moment, send our team a direct message with your full name and full address.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send i

@XfinityRaf I can’t find where to do this. I have already done the Xfinity assistant many times and the issue never gets fixed. I need to speak with someone in my area not someone in another country.
