Damaged Telecom Pedestal / Exposed Wires

There is a damaged telecom pedestal with exposed wires on our property. We are working with Public Works to install new street frontage (i.e. sidewalks, etc) and have been told that this is the property owner's problem to resolve. Moreover, this is a dangerous situation that must be addressed as soon as possible. Is there any way to connect with someone who is able to help with this?

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
