Damaged Sprinkler Head Due To New Underground Line Installation

One of our sprinkler head was damaged during new underground line installation. How to report this issue?

I'm sorry to hear about what's happened to your sprinkler head, and I'd be happy to help however I can today! Our team is awesome to work with because we can definitely escalate these types of requests when necessary. First, may I ask if you've tried reporting it through the Xfinity Assistant? There should be a way for customers and non-customers alike to report outside line issues, including damage. Let us know if you don't see a personal property option though, and we can also submit a ticket on your behalf if needed. Thanks again!
