Damaged property claims… Xfinity is dysfunctional and nightmare
Contacted customer service and filed a claim immediately after home security tech broke my window while testing window monitor/sensor for alarm. It’s been two weeks and not one response from Xfinity claims dept and I’ve contacted them 3 times. The phone tree is aweful and agents have no way of getting response from the claims team. This backend process doesn’t help customers. All I can do is contact my attorney tomorrow and ask for him to investigate the issue and file a civil suite to seek repair of the broken window caused by Xfinity. Maybe an investigation will lead to [Edited: "Solicitation"] This is not right that Xfinity does this to customers. It’s like being punished for doing business with Xfinity. Totally dysfunctional company.
