Damaged Pedestal

I need to report a damaged Comcast/Xfinity pedestal in the front yard. It appears to have been struck by a vehicle before we purchased the home. Service works, but the enclosure needs a maintenance repair. Please open an outside-plant maintenance ticket, not a customer service call.
