Damaged pedestal

Hello - The Comcast/Xfinity service pedestal in my backyard in my home has been damaged and the top cover is missing with service wiring exposed. I have reached out to AT&T and they advised me this belongs to Comcast’s. The wires are exposed and hazardous. The guy that was out there stated it had electricity running. I have two small kids and I’m afraid this can be a huge safety hazard for my family. How can I get this looked at and or replaced or even removed from my yard?
